Rotax Racing Club PG Licence

All drivers under the age of 18 will need at least one Parent or Guardian to obtain a Motorsport UK PG Licence in order for their minor to compete.

PG LICENCE APPLICATION GUIDE

STEP 1

Head to https://motorsportuk.sport80.com/

If you already have a Sport 80 account for Motorsport UK, then login otherwise create “Join Now” on the left (it’s not highlighted very well)

STEP 2: UPDATE PERSONAL DETAILS

  • IMPORTANT – INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS: When asked for your address, please enter the following: Club100 Racing, Bon Accord House, Eurolink Industrial Estate, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3SJ. Licence applications with a non UK address will be rejected!

STEP 3: CREATE OR RENEW MEMBERSHIP

Before obtaining a licence, you need to create (or renew) your membership of Motorsport UK.

STEP 3. OBTAIN PG LICENCE

  • From the dropdown at the top, select “Entrant Licences”

  • Click blue Add Entrant Licence

  • Then click “+ Add” next to the Entrant PG licence

  • The Entrant Licence Details page shows the cost and expiry. Simply click “Next”

  • Enter the Motorsport UK number for the child you the Parent / Guardian of

  • If you have more than one child, please ensure that you choose “Yes” under “Do you wish to name additional competitors”
  • On the next page accept the Terms & Conditions
  • You will then need to pay £30.00 – please click the “Checkout” button on the pop up window

STEP 5. CHECKOUT

  • Go through the checkout process and pay the £30.00 (+ handling fee) for your PG Entrant Licence

STEP 6: LINK CHILD TO YOUR PG LICENCE

  • Navigate to your child’s profile, and click on “Relationships”

  • Enter your PG Licence number and your name

STEP 6. WAIT FOR MOTORSPORT UK

Motorsport UK will then take around 24 hours to approve the relationship. Once they have approved it, you will then be able to apply for a K-X Licence for your child. Follow the guide on how to apply for your child’s K-X Licence at:
