ENTRY Entries are confirmed only when accompanied by a deposit or full payment.
CANCELLATIONS PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TERMS LISTED BELOW ARE FIRM AND COMPOUND WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
THESE TERMS ALSO APPLY TO ANY TEST DAY BOOKINGS.
1. Full refund, less your deposit, or option to re-schedule will only be offered no later than 4pm on the Monday, two weeks prior to each event.
2. Any cancellations received after the Monday (4pm) before each event will lose full entry fee.
3. ‘No Shows’ on the day of the event will lose full entry fee.
4. Note:ANY CANCELLATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN WRITING, BY EMAIL.
CREDIT / DEBIT CARD DETAILS Whichever of our booking options you choose, you agree to Club100 Racing Ltd retaining your credit or debit card details, in order for us to take payment(s) for your chosen event(s) on the agreed payment schedules (2-3 weeks prior to each event).
DEPOSITS ALL deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
